Solution for injections Wessel Dui F is shown at:

• an angiopatiya with the increased risk of thrombosis, including thrombosis after the postponed acute myocardial infarction;
• cerebrovascular diseases: a stroke (an acute ischemic stroke and the period of early rehabilitation after the had stroke);
• distsirkulyatorny encephalopathy, the caused atherosclerosis, diabetes, arterial hypertension, and vascular dementia;
• occlusal diseases of peripheral arteries of both atherosclerotic, and diabetic genesis;
• a flebopatiya and deep vein thrombosis;
• a mikroangiopatiya (nephropathy, a retinopathy, neuropathy) and a macrovascular disease (syndrome of diabetic foot, encephalopathy, a cardiopathy) caused by diabetes;
• a thrombophilia, anti-phospholipidic syndrome;
• thrombocytopenia heparin.

Structure

Active ingredient: sulodeksid;

1 ampoule (2 ml of solution) contains 600 Leningrad Regions (lipoproteinlipazny units) sulodeksid;

Excipients: sodium chloride, water for injections.

Contraindication

• Hypersensitivity to active ingredient, heparin and geparinopodibny substances, or to any other components of drug.
• Hemorrhagic diathesis and diseases which are followed by decrease in blood clotting.

Route of administration

Usually applied schemes of treatment provide parenteral administration of medicament with the subsequent reception of capsules; in certain cases treatment sulodeksidy can be begun directly with reception of capsules. The mode of treatment and the applied doses can be adapted according to the decision of the doctor on the basis of clinical inspection and results of definition of laboratory indicators.

Overdose of medicament can lead

to development of hemorrhagic symptoms, such as hemorrhagic diathesis or bleeding. In case of bleeding it is necessary to enter 1% sulfate protamin solution. Generally at overdose it is necessary to cancel use of medicament and to begin the corresponding symptomatic therapy.

Side effects

• nausea, vomiting, pains in epigastriums;
• skin rash (allergic reaction).

Interaction

As sulodeksid is a geparinopodobny molecule, at simultaneous use it can promote growth of anticoagulating effect of heparin and oral anticoagulants. Other clinically significant interactions of medicament with medicines are not revealed.
