Vinpocetine of the tab. of 5 mg No. 30

tablets "Vinpocetine" are applied in:

• neurology (for treatment of various forms of cerebrovascular pathology: states after the postponed disturbance of cerebral circulation (stroke), vertebrobazilyarny insufficiency, vascular dementia, cerebral atherosclerosis, posttraumatic and hypertensive encephalopathy; promotes reduction of mental and neurologic symptomatology in cerebrovascular pathology);
• ophthalmology (for treatment of chronic vascular pathology of a horioidea (eye choroid) and a retina);
• orthorhinolaryngology (for treatment of senile relative deafness of perceptual type, Menyer's disease and sonitus).

Structure

Active ingredient - vinpocetine (one tablet contains a Vinpocetine 5 mg).

Excipients: lactose, monohydrate; corn starch; talc; magnesium stearate.

Contraindication

Hypersensitivity to active agent or to any of excipients.

inside after a meal. The daily dose for adults makes 15-30 mg (3 times a day on 5-10 mg). Duration of treatment is determined by the doctor individually.

Use of medicament during pregnancy and feeding by a breast contraindicated.

Children

Drivers

Are not present data on influence of a Vinpocetine on ability to run motor transport or to work with mechanisms, but it is necessary to be careful, considering emergence probability at use of medicament of drowsiness, dizziness.

Symptoms of overdose are unknown to

. According to literary data, the dose of 60 mg/days is safe. Single dose of 360 mg of a Vinpocetine was not followed by development of either cardiovascular, nor other side effects.

from blood and lymphatic system: leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, anemia, agglutination of erythrocytes.

from the immune system: hypersensitivity.

Disturbance of metabolism and food: hypercholesterolemia, loss of appetite, anorexia, diabetes.

Mental disorders: insomnia, sleep disorders, concern, excitement, euphoria, depression.

from nervous system: headache, dizziness, dysgeusia, stupor, hemiparesis, drowsiness, amnesia, tremor, spasms.

from an organ of sight: papilledema, conjunctiva hyperaemia.

from organs of hearing and a labyrinth: vertigo, hyperacusia, gipoakuziya, sonitus.

from heart: ischemia/myocardial infarction, stenocardia, bradycardia, tachycardia, premature ventricular contraction, heartbeat, arrhythmia, fibrillation of auricles.

from the vascular system: arterial hypotension, arterial hypertension, inflows, thrombophlebitis, fluctuations of arterial blood pressure.

from a digestive tract: discomfort in a stomach, dryness in a mouth, nausea, an abdominal pain, a constipation, diarrhea, dyspepsia, vomiting, a dysphagy, stomatitis.

from skin and hypodermic cellulose: erythema, hyperhidrosis, itching, urticaria, rash, dermatitis.
