Ghee (or ghee) is a Sanskrit word that means clarified butter from cow. The older it is, the more valuable and the more healing its properties. High-quality ghee can last for decades in a warm room. In Ayurveda, Ghee oil is used for both internal and external use (in particular, for Panchakarma), it is one of the best means for lubricating the body, rejuvenating and healing the body, as it helps to relax organs and tissues, remove toxins from them.
