SK-SD of Streptokinaza-Streptodornaza soup. rekt. 15000ME/1250ME No. 6

Suppositories rectal "SK-SD, streptokinase streptodornase" are applied at the following indications:

• chronic inflammatory processes of uterine appendages;
• postoperative infiltrative defeats of bodies of a small pelvis;
• endometritis;
• hemorrhoids at a sharp and chronic course;
• pararectal abscesses and fistulas with inflammatory infiltration;
• purulent caudal cysts.

Structure

1 suppository contains (active ingredients):

• streptokinase - 15000 ME;
• a streptodornase - 1250 ME.

Excipients: mineral oil, solid fat.

Contraindication

• hypersensitivity to active ingredients or excipients of drug;
• existence is fresher than a wound, a surgical seam or bleeding up to 10 days (it can entail relaxation of seams and, as a result, bleeding from a wound);
• simultaneous use with anticoagulants that can lead to local bleedings;
• fibrillation disturbance.

rektalno. To enter suppositories deeply into a rectum previously to take out a suppository from the blister. Before and after use of medicament it is necessary to wash up hands carefully.

Dosage

Course of treatment of 4-18 suppositories. Course duration - 2-9 days.

Dosage is appointed by the doctor according to intensity of inflammatory process.

At a heavy and chronic course of the disease:

• on one suppository 3 times a day within the first 3 days;
• on one suppository 2 times a day within the next 3 days;
• on one suppository of 1 times a day within 3 more next days.

Course of treatment - 9 days, 18 suppositories.

At a medium-weight course of the disease:

• on one suppository 2 times a day within the first 3 days;
• on one suppository of 1 times a day within the next 4 days.

Course of treatment - 7 days, 10 suppositories.

At an easy course of the disease - on one suppository 2 times a day within 2 days.

Course of treatment - 2 days, the 4th suppositories.

Drug is not appointed to children.

Drivers

Drug has no ability to influence speed of response at control of motor transport or other mechanisms.

Overdose

Given about overdose of streptokinase and a streptodornase are absent.

Side effects

: local pain, hypostasis or insignificant bleeding, irritation, diarrhea, allergic reactions, fervescence.
