Active components

Calcium is an important structural component of a bone tissue and teeth, participates in a mineralization of a bone tissue. In the form of citrate it is better soaked up in intestines, has high bioavailability and smaller risk of formation of stones in urinary tract at prolonged use in comparison with calcium a carbonate; has less manifestations of dysfunction from digestive tract in the form of swelling and constipations. Calcium takes part in a metabolism, functioning of the immune system, work of closed glands (normalizes secretion of parathyroid hormone), promotes collagen synthesis, regulates muscular contractions.

Contents of 1 sachet to dissolve

in 100-150 ml of water, juice, yogurt or milk, to mix and drink. To children of 14 years and the adult to use 1-2 sachets a day irrespective of meal.
