MicroUSB OTG 3-port hub, charging adapter

This hub is designed to easily connect up to three USB peripherals that support the USB OTG (On-The-Go) standard, without the need to connect to a PC.

It is unusual in that in addition to having an OTG hub with 3 ports, it can also power connected equipment and charge the tablet (smartphone) itself using a microUSB connector (female). This can be very useful when using the tablet, for example, as a media player, and also for simultaneously connecting up to three USB devices + external power to the tablet.

Switching between charging and data transfer modes is provided by a switch at the end of the hub.
