Pharmacodynamics. hyaluronidase is an enzyme which specific substrate is hyaluronic acid. the last is mucopolysaccharide which part are atsetilglyukozaminovy and glucuronic acid. hyaluronic acid has high viscosity; biological value — the "cementing" intermediate substance of connective tissue. the effect of medicament consists in improvement of mobility of joints, softening of hems, elimination or reduction of contractures, resorption of hematomas. action is most significant in an initial stage of pathological processes. hyaluronidase (spreading factor) causes disintegration of hyaluronic acid to a glycosamine and glucuronic acid and by that leads to increase in permeability of fabrics and improvement of the movement of an interintercellular lymph. the effect of hyaluronidase is reversible — decrease in concentration restores viscosity of hyaluronic acid.

Indication

Contracture of joints, the ankylosing spondylarthritis, a palmar fibromatosis (initial stage), cicatricial changes of skin of various origin, a hematoma, a scleroderma. apply in ophthalmology (keratitis, retinopathies), in a pulmonary tuberculosis, at traumatic damages of neuroplexes and peripheral nerves, in a pseudorheumatism.

Use

Drug of a lidaza-biofarm is administered p / to, under rubtsovo the changed fabrics, in oil, in the form of inhalations, method of an electrophoresis or appliques on mucous membranes. in ophthalmologic practice the medicament can be administered also subkonjyunktivalno, retrobulbarno.

For an injection contents of an ampoule is dissolved in 1 ml of isotonic solution of sodium of chloride or in 1 ml of 0.5% of solution of novocaine (Procainum).

At contractures, hems of various origin, hematomas, an ankylosing spondylarthritis enter under skin near the place of defeat or under rubtsovo the changed fabric the adult of 1 ml. Injections daily or every other day. On a course of treatment 6–10–15 injections.

In traumatic plexites and similar damages of peripheral nerves is entered p / to every other day adults in a dose of 64 PIECES in solution of novocaine (Procainum). The course of treatment (12–15 injections) is repeated if necessary. Side effects

General reactions: dizziness, a headache, weakness, fever, a fever, the increased sweating.
