Laktulozid – dietary additive to a food allowance which can be recommended for normalization of digestive tract, improvement of metabolism, prevention of constipations, activization of immunity, strengthening of protective functions of intestines, strengthening of processes of synthesis of vitamins, improvement of absorption of mineral substances.

Active components

Lactulose – the disaccharide consisting of a galactose and fructose. Has hyperosmotic laxative effect, stimulates an intestines vermicular movement, improves absorption of phosphates and salts of calcium, promotes removal of ions of ammonium.

Contraindication

At intolerance of lactulose, a galactosemia.

Route of administration

• adults and children of 14 years – 15-20 ml;
• children from 5 to 14 years – 5-10 ml;
• children from 1 to 5 years – 2.5-5 ml.

If necessary can increase a dosage for adults to 40 ml a day.
