The main ingredient in Hearty Flakes is purple corn, which contains special anthocyanins (cyanidin-3-b-glucose). It is a type of complex flavonoid that produces purple colors. Anthocyanins are anti-inflammatory and stimulate the regeneration of connective tissue. In addition to being powerful antioxidants that maintain our youthful appearance and protect against disease, they improve blood flow and lower cholesterol levels.

It is anthocyanins that save blood vessels from aging, fragility, inflammation, improve blood flow in the brain and promote the production of a special molecule - neurotrophic growth factor (BDNF), which, in turn, stimulates the growth of new neurons.
