Fenilin-Zdorovye tab. of 30 mg No. 20

tablets "Fenilin-Zdorovye" are applied at the following indications: prevention and treatment of thromboses (especially deep veins of the lower extremities), tromboembolic episodes (pulmonary embolism, strokes, a myocardial infarction) and a thrombogenesis during the postoperative period at patients with mechanical prostheses of valves of heart.

Structure

Active ingredient - phenindione (one tablet contains Phenilinum (Fenindionum) 30 mg).

Excipients: lactoses monohydrate; potato starch; talc; citric acid, monohydrate.

Contraindication

• hypersensitivity to medicament components;
• hemophilia;
• threat of termination of pregnancy;
• big postoperative wounds;
• bleeding from digestive organs, breath, an urinogenital system;
• recently postponed surgical interventions or injuries of a head/spinal cord, an eye;
• recently carried out lumbar anesthesia, a biopsy of a liver or kidneys;
• heavy liver and/or renal failure;
• hemorrhagic diathesis; hypocoagulation (initial level of a prothrombin is less than 70%);
• erosive cankers of a digestive tract;
• heavy arterial hypertension;
• a state at which therapy cannot be carried out rather safely (for example psychoses, dementia, alcoholism).

Adult to appoint in the first day of treatment in a daily dose 120-180 mg (4-6 tablets) in 3-4 receptions, in the second day - in a daily dose of 90-150 mg (3-5 tablets), then - on 30-60 mg (1-2 tablets) in 1-2 inclusion depending on prothrombin level in blood.

Single dose, frequency and duration of use are established individually by the doctor depending on value of the prothrombin ratio of blood which is supported at the level of 40-60%. At prothrombin level less than 40-50% medicament should be cancelled immediately.

Drivers

during treatment should abstain from control of motor transport and potentially dangerous types of activity demanding the increased concentration of attention and speed of psychomotor reactions.

Overdose

Symptoms: a hemorrhagic syndrome (gastrointestinal, uterine, nasal bleedings, a hamaturia, hemorrhages in skin, muscles, parenchymatous bodies).

Treatment: medicament withdrawal intake of vitamin K in (5-10 mg). At development of serious bleedings to appoint vitamin K intravenously slowly (1 mg/minute) in the general dose of 10-50 mg (normalizes the raised prothrombin time within 6 hours). In massive bleeding or the patient with a liver failure at the same time to appoint freshly frozen plasma. Use of aminocapronic acid, vitamins C and R.

Side effects

from the coagulant system of blood: at prolonged use - a micro and gross hematuria, bleeding from an oral cavity and a nasopharynx, gastrointestinal bleedings, hemorrhage in muscles.

from blood: oppression of a marrowy hemopoiesis (agranulocytosis, leukopenia, leukemoid tests).

from digestive system: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, a sore throat, taste disorders, stomatitis, toxic hepatitis, jaundice, ulcer colitis, paralytic Ilheus with an abdominal distension.

from a cardiovascular system: myocarditis.

Allergic reactions: skin rashes (erythematic, macular, papular), exfoliative dermatitis, eosinophilia, hyperthermia, massive hypostasis, skin necrosis.

from an urinary system: a renal failure, coloring of urine in pink color, an albuminuria.
