Unlike a standard colander, a double colander with a tray is great for more than just washing fruits, vegetables, pasta and spaghetti. It also allows you to leave them to dry - the water flows into the pan, and you do not need to look for a pan or bowl to place under it.

The tray is made in the shape of a bowl - larger than a colander. It moves almost independently of the colander itself, thanks to which the water pours out unhindered during rinsing. Simply move the colander to empty the water into the sink as it drains from fruit or other produce. This is easy to do thanks to the handles and the special drainage recess on the tray.
