At this wrist has to be free, but protected. It can be used during the recovery period after slight injuries of the copular and muscular device of a joint (stretching, slight dislocations, etc.). It is obligatory to use if in the past there were already wrist injuries, and the user comes back to the same activity which led to an injury.
