Bandage of femoral joints children's Toros Group type 450 size 3

A bandage of femoral joints children's Toros Group type 450 size 3 , so-called "Pavlik's Stirrups", are used to keep legs of the kid in the bent and divorced situation. It is necessary till that time until the head is located reliably in the acetabular hollow. This bandage consists of a breast belt and "stirrups" on the lower extremities. Even if pathology unilateral, the device all the same is located on both extremities.

Instruction for use

Order of putting on of Stirrups of Pavlik:

1. from a belt of draft of legs.
2. to Put a belt on the child.
to Put
3. on the child of draft of legs, having clasped thongs.
to Fasten
4. to a belt of draft of legs, having provided assignment of legs at their bent situation in coxofemoral and knee joints.

Recommendation about leaving

In use a fixer during the first 3-6 days nebkhodimo to tighten drafts of legs (fastener velcro) to provide sufficient assignment of legs of the child.

in process of growth of the child if it is necessary, the size of a fixer is replaced with bigger.

allows washing of a fixer by warm water with soap, the iron and drying about heating devices is not allowed.

Size of a bandage is defined by age of the child, in months:

• size 1: 0 - 3 months (the weight of 3-6 kg, height are 50-60 cm);
• size 2: 3 - 6 months (the weight of 6-8 kg, height are 60-65 cm);
• size 3: 6 - 9 months (weight of 9-10 kg, growth 65-70) ;
• size 4: 9 - 12 months (weight of 10-11 kg, growth 70-75);
• size 5: of 12 months (the weight of 12-13 kg, growth 75-85).
