Active components

Extract of an ashvagandha (Withania somnifera) contains a number of active alkaloids and steroid lactones (anolytes) in the structure. It is proved that sitoinozidVII and sitoinozidVIII have anxiolytic activity. Sitoinozid IX and X are responsible for the properties of extract connected with improvement of memory, cognitive functions and resistance to a stress. Multi-purpose action on different bodies and systems has Ashvagandh. Extract has the proved adaptogenny action, that is improves ability to cope with a stress. During the increased tension helps an organism to normalize physiological processes and to adapt to changes. Clinical trials proved that the ashvagandha has significant antidisturbing action which is confirmed not only changes on uneasiness scales, but also directly ability to reduce cortisol level – stress hormone.

L-teanin (L-theanine) - amino acid of natural origin which is a derivative of glyutaminovy acid. Contains mainly in tea (Camellia sinensis).
