Iron in this product reacts with an integral rice concentrate, but not with usual proteins of soy, yeast, milk which are usually used for chelate binding of minerals. Seven times more amino acids, than usual rice contain the special rice used by Solaray, and has an amino-acid profile which seems to much more preferably soy.
