There are many reasons due to which there is a change in the ratio of the normal microflora of the digestive tract. These changes can be both short-term and persistent. Dysbacteriosis is a violation of the biological balance between pathogenic (harmful) and physiological (natural and beneficial) microflora in the human body, in particular, in the intestines. Description of active ingredients
Bifidobacteria accelerate the digestion of proteins, carbohydrates, fats, destroy coarse plant fiber, stimulate intestinal motility, participate in the synthesis and absorption of B vitamins, vitamin K, folic and nicotinic acids, promote the synthesis of essential amino acids. They also increase the activity of lysozyme and reduce the permeability of tissue barriers to toxic products of pathogenic organisms. Lactobacilli (lactic acid) have the ability to produce antibacterial substances that help destroy pathogens and prevent their growth. Lactic acid bacteria are actively involved in the processes of digestion and absorption. The inclusion of vitamins and prebiotic substances in the complex in a dosage optimized for the needs of microorganisms serves to increase the survival of microorganisms. The study included 30 volunteers with grade II dysbacteriosis (according to the classification of Kuvaeva I.B., Ladozo KS, 1998) caused by taking antibiotics. The age of the subjects was on average 40.5 years, and the duration of the disease was 3.0 years. All, without exception, had a metabolic syndrome as a concomitant pathology (grade I-II obesity, grade II hypertension, hypercholesterolemia).

Brief results of the study
According to laboratory research, taking the Probinorm complex promoted an increase in the number of beneficial microorganisms in the intestines, eliminating damage to the microflora resulting from antibiotic therapy, intoxication or stress. The growth of useful flora has reached normal values while taking the complex (Fig. 1). So, if before the start of taking the number of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli, which form the basis of natural microflora, was below normal and amounted to 104-105 - in the case of bifidobacteria, and less than 106 - in the case of lactobacilli, then after taking the complex the number of symbionts important for the body reached normal values (108 and more, respectively). In addition, the intake of the "Probinorm" complex helped to reduce the number of opportunistic microbes, which are activated by malnutrition, malnutrition, upper respiratory tract infections, to the normal level of these microorganisms in the human intestine. Reception of the complex led to the elimination of a number of pathogens from the gastrointestinal tract, in particular E. coli with hemolytic properties and fungi of the genus Candida. Reception of 2 capsules provides admission:

Recommendations for the use of the "Probinorm" complex:
for adults, the recommended dose is 2 capsules 2 times a day;
children under 3 years old - ½ capsule 1 time per day;
children 3-7 years old - 1 capsule once a day;
children 7-12 years old - 1 capsule 2 times a day;
children 12-14 years old - 1 capsule 3 times a day;
from 14 years old - 2 capsules 2 times a day.
For prophylaxis, adults take 1 capsule 2 times a day. Probinorm is taken in a course of 30-45 days.
Probiotics are absolutely safe for children, as they do not contain harmful chemical compounds. The effectiveness increases when the complex is taken 20-60 minutes before meals or between meals on an empty stomach. On the recommendation of a specialist, the duration of admission may be 6 months.
