The following is the text of the User Agreement (hereinafter - the "Agreement" and/or "Agreement"), addressed to an undefined circle of persons, visitors to the website: martnets.com (hereinafter - the "Site") and/or the MARTNETS mobile application (hereinafter - "Mobile Application") and/or other services (hereinafter collectively referred to as "MartNets Online Platform" and/or "Online Platform"), when using, ordering, correspondence, telephone conversation, leaving reviews, etc. on the Online line of the MartNets platform.

This Agreement is a public offer. Taking conclusive actions by persons (hereinafter referred to as "User" / "Buyer", and in the plural "Users" / "Buyers") aimed at using the MartNets Online platform is considered unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of all provisions of this Agreement. The User hereby acknowledges that acceptance of the Agreement is equivalent to signing and concluding the Agreement on the terms set forth in this Agreement. If any part of this User Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the other parts will remain in effect.

The User Agreement defines the general conditions for creating a user's personal account, forming and accepting an order for fulfillment, delivery and return of goods, marketing aspects of interaction between the User and the MartNets online platform, etc.

If you, as a User, do not agree with this User Agreement, you should not use the MartNets Online Platform. Please check this Agreement periodically, as changes to the Agreement indicate that you accept them as of the time such changes are made.

By accepting this Agreement, the user consents to the processing and protection of his personal data, in the scope and order, in accordance with the purpose and goals of processing according to Regulations on the processing of personal data (hereinafter - "Regulations" and/or "Regulations on the processing and protection of personal data").

We value the User's right to privacy and non-disclosure of his personal information. This User Agreement is a rule used by all Users of our service and regulates the collection and use of personal information that may be requested/received when visiting the Online Platform, ordering, correspondence, telephone conversations, and any other communication that is carried out exchange of data/information. If the User has questions or problems in connection with confidentiality, the User wishes to withdraw the Consent to the use of personal data, for this it is enough to send a message by e-mail, with a note in the subject of the letter "Personal data" to the e-mail address: cab@martnets.com.ua

If the visitor opened one of the web pages equipped with such a plug-in, his internet browser would directly connect him to the servers of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Youtube Telegram, Instagram, Viber. MEDIA AND COMMUNICATION

The user, using the online platform, consents to receive calls regarding order verification, order fulfillment quality assessment, receiving messages by e-mail, in messengers including, but not limited to, Viber, Telegram, WhatsApp, by phone, receiving push notifications on the phone, including regarding the quality of service; receiving marketing newsletters, information letters, questionnaires for the purpose of evaluating the quality of the services provided, conducting analytical studies. PRICES AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

The description of goods posted on the Online Platform, including the prices marked on the Online Platform and information on the availability of goods, may change. The amount of the order may vary depending on the price, quantity, and range of goods available at the seller on the date of shipment. The final price of the goods is indicated in the invoice and/or accompanying documents provided to the buyer (or his representative) when receiving the order. CONTESTS AND PROMOTIONS

The MartNets online platform sometimes posts promotions with the option to register online. In such cases, we will use the information provided by the User to conduct the promotion (for example, to notify the User in case of winning).

By participating in the campaign, the User gives his unequivocal consent to the free use of his name, surname, photo, interview or other materials about the User for advertising purposes, including the right to publish the User's name and photo in mass media, any printed, audio and video materials, interviews with mass media. Such use is not compensated (not paid for).

The conditions for the transfer of personal data to third parties in such cases are defined in the Regulations on User Data Processing.

As part of using the services of the online platform, the User has the opportunity to use the provisions of the "Bonus Account" program. ORDER PROCESSING

Placing an order on the online platform is possible for registered Users who have access to a Personal account, as well as for Users who do not have a Personal account created.

The User places an Order on the Online Platform through the Personal Account, filling out the Order form on the Site or in the Application in the following sequence:

• a) The User adds the selected Product(s) to the "Cart" and then proceeds to the Order form;
• b) The User, who already has an Account, confirms in the Order form the validity of the data necessary for the conclusion and execution of the sales contract. The user who makes an Order for the first time must independently fill out the Order form with the data necessary for concluding and implementing the sales contract, or log in using a Facebook or Google account. In any case, the provision of outdated and false User data may prevent the execution of the Order;
• c) In the Order form, the User must specify the following data related to the User: name and surname, contact phone number and/or email address, as well as data related to the sales contract: Product(s), quantity Product(s), place and method of delivery of the Product(s), method of payment, data on the recipient of the Order (in the case when the recipient of the Order is a third party). Providing an email address is optional. Depending on the chosen method of delivery of the Goods/goods, the User may also be asked to provide the following data: address (street, house/apartment number, postal code, town, country). If the User wishes to make a payment on behalf of a business entity (a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur), it is also necessary to indicate the company, and if they requested a VAT invoice as part of the form, also the VAT payer number;
• d) The User chooses one of the methods of delivery and payment of the Product(s) offered by the online platform;
• e) The User sends an Order (submits an offer) using the functionality of the Online Platform available for this purpose (the "Order and Pay" button).
• f) If the User places an Order for the first time on the website available at: https://martnets.com.ua/ua/as well as in the corresponding Application, he is asked to confirm the contact phone number by entering the code in the corresponding field of the Order form , received by the User in an SMS message or through the Viber messenger. If the User already has a corresponding account registered on the online platform, makes an order, but has not confirmed the phone number, the online platform automatically performs actions aimed at verifying and confirming the specified number.
• g) In the process of placing an Order, before clicking the "Order and pay" button, the User has the opportunity to independently correct the entered data regarding the selected Product(s), adding or removing the corresponding item from the "Cart". The removal of one product may automatically cause the removal of another product from the "Cart", taking into account the direct connection between the Products;
• h) depending on the selected payment method, the User may be redirected to the pages of a third-party payment service provider to make the payment.

Before placing an Order, the User must familiarize himself with the provisions of this Agreement and comply with them.

After placing the Order, the online platform immediately confirms its receipt and sends a notification to the e-mail address about the acceptance of the Order for execution.

Placement of the Order by the User does not yet mean the conclusion of the Purchase Agreement. The sales contract between the User and the seller is concluded at the moment the Customer receives the notification of acceptance of the Order for execution.

In case of unavailability of the Product/Service or other obstacles, the Site will individually contact the User at the e-mail address or phone number specified by the User.

Information about the status of the Order is brought to the attention of the User in one or more of the following available ways: status in the User's Personal account, a message to the e-mail address, online chat in the User's Personal account.

The online platform reserves the right to impose restrictions on the User's order of certain Goods, in particular, when such Goods are offered as part of promotions. Restrictions will always be indicated on the Online platform. You can read additional information about placing orders here.
